- What we need Your order number and the email address on the membership. That is all it takes to find it.
- Timing Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. Benefits stay active until the current period ends.
We will send a confirmation email once your membership is cancelled. If it does not arrive within a day, write to us and we will check.
